SHIPPING & RETURNS

According to Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that will be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging and with all the documents received. If the product is opened and/or shows signs of use, the customer loses the right to a refund.

Contracts that have as their object the supply of product categories listed in art. 16 of GEO No. 34/2014, including:

-products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized;
- the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer.

The Buyer must check the Order received and notify the Seller within 3 days of any discrepancies, errors or non-conformities. Notifications sent after this deadline will not be taken into account.

Products that do not comply with the specifications on the Site at the time of purchase, products sent by the Seller other than those ordered by the Buyer, may be returned.

Products purchased under special conditions cannot be returned: promotional packages, discounts related to short validity period, personalized products.

Once we receive the product in the above conditions - sealed and in the original packaging - LUNA SHOP will transfer the payment for the respective product back to the customer. The refund will be made only by card. The name on the card must be the person who appears on the sales invoice.

The return is made based on a request made to the email address LUNASPASHOP@GMAIL.COM. This will be processed as soon as possible.
